Please find below the guidelines and stipulations that form our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 1 business
day providing the item is in stock. All orders made online before 2pm will be
next day delivery within Ireland via DPD (usually) or 48 hours delivery to UK via DHL (usually). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of
orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. Please note that the following information primarily applies to regular, non-bulky items that can be safely sent through carriers like DPD and DHL.

Certain products, due to their size or weight, necessitate pallet delivery to ensure safe transportation. This typically includes TVs/Monitors larger than 32" and racks. For such products, the final delivery charge will be determined and communicated to you after you've placed your order.
If you prefer, you can collect your purchase on the same day from our trade counter by selecting the 'collection' option at checkout. Our Trade Counter is open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). You'll find us at Unit C, 2004 Orchard Avenue, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, D24 VX8H.
confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Order Confirmation
email once your order has been placed and once shipped you will receive tracking number(s) from the delivery carrier.
The Company shall be under no liability to the Customer in respect of any Shortages in quantities delivered against orders or in respect of goods damaged in transit before delivery unless full details of such alleged Shortages or damages is notified to the Company within 3 business days.
Returns & Refund Policy
(B2B Customers refer to our T&C’s) - Particular Section 21
This is usually 10-20% of the retail price.
This fee will be charged by IC Plus for the acceptance of any product(s)
returned for a refund. A restocking fee will be charged on products that fail
to meet section 21 of this term.

30 Day Replacement
Policy – advanced replacement application
The customer must complete the Advanced Replacement
Application Request form on our online website. You will need the serial number, model number and description as to why
you are requesting a replacement together with purchase order uploaded. Please arrange to get in touch with our

14 Day returns Policy
– faulty product (Return Materials Authorisation-RMA)
If there is a fault with your product you must complete the
Repair Request form on our online website. This will ensure that your request is dealt with efficiently. You will need the invoice number and the
serial number if available as well as proof of purchase and delivery. If for
some reason we cannot resolve the issue, we will arrange a repair, exchange or

5 Day returns Policy
– damaged in transit or wrong product delivered
If your order was damaged in transit please do one of the
1. Refuse to sign the goods
2. Sign for the goods as damaged
3. In both cases, you must inform IC Plus of your action
in writing within 2 working days
If we supplied you with a product other than what you
ordered it is your responsibility to notify us within 5 days from delivery.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)– please complete the online form on our online website for Advanced

Refunds (B2C)- If
you purchased from us online, returns are FREE of charge.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect
it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the
status of your refund after inspecting the item. Full refund of the cost of the product is
wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met.
If your return is approved, we will
initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 14 days,
depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your
own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return
shipping will be deducted from your refund.
