Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day providing the item is in stock. All orders made online before 2pm will be same day delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Collections can be made at the trade counter same day – Office opening hours 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 


IC Plus is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Restocking Charges

This is usually 10-20% of the retail price. This fee will be charged by IC Plus for the acceptance of any product(s) returned for a refund. A restocking fee will be charged on products that fail to meet section 21 of this term.

Returns Information & Policies (B2C)

30 Day Replacement Policy – advanced replacement application

The customer must complete the Advanced Replacement Application Request form on our online website.  You will need the serial number, model number and description as to why you are requesting a replacement together with purchase order uploaded.  Please arrange to get in touch with our customer services on +353 1 426 8275 or


14 Day returns Policy – faulty product (Return Materials Authorisation-RMA)

If there is a fault with your product you must complete the Repair Request form on our online website.  This will ensure that your request is dealt with efficiently.  You will need the invoice number and the serial number if available as well as proof of purchase and delivery. If for some reason we cannot resolve the issue, we will arrange a repair, exchange or refund.  Please arrange to get in touch with our customer services on +353 1 426 8275 or


5 Day returns Policy – damaged in transit or wrong product delivered

If your order was damaged in transit please do one of the following:-

      Refuse to sign the goods

    Sign for the goods as damaged

    In both cases, you must inform IC Plus of your action in writing within 2 working days

If we supplied you with a product other than what you ordered it is your responsibility to notify us within 5 days from delivery.


Dead on Arrival (DOA)–
please complete the online form on our online website for Advanced Replacement Application.


Refunds (B2B Customers refer to our T&C’s)


Refunds (B2C)- If you purchased from us online, returns are FREE of charge.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  Full refund of the cost of the product is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Shipping (B2C) 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
