Anti-Vandal Dome IP Camera 5MP 2.8mm (102°) with Pro AI 

The ZENON-4s-DF5-IXV-W-2.8 is 5MP 2.8mm Fixed IP67/IK10 Vandal Proof AI Dome with enhanced starlight technology. It has a Smart IR Viewing Distance of up to 50m, 120dB rated True WDR and 1 in/1 out Alarm/Audio interfaces. Utilizing a Ambarella SoC the ZENON-4s-DF5-IXV-W-2.8 has H.265 compression (High Efficiency Video Coding) as standard, H.265 was developed to improve HDD storage requirements and reduce bandwidth consumption. For example, at an identical level of visual quality the H.265 codec enables video to be compressed to a file about half the size (or half the bit rate) of H.264. 

Also incorporated are vastly improved deep learning algorithms which enable increased accuracy in the cameras' intelligent detection functions by implementing human and vehicle classification into Tripwire and Intrusion alarms, greatly reducing false alarms by up to 98%. Parking/Loitering/Gathering detection can also be utilised from this type of alarm event. Other available intelligent features include Face Capture, line cross and region based people counting, queue managment, stay time, heat map and abandoned/missing object.

Face Capture

Face capture is a software application that automatically captures faces from within a digital image or a video frame from a video source. The ZENON-4s-DF5-IXV-W-2.8 advanced deep learning algorithms and are trained by a large number of face data sources, enabling the camera to locate faces quickly and accurately from the video source and capture facial images.

Perimeter Protection


IC Realtime's Perimeter Protection functions significantly improved accuracy. Perimeter Protection reduces false alarms and decreases pixel count requirements for object detection. Perimeter Protection features virtual tripwire and intrusion lines based on object type for automation in limited access areas such as pedestrian or vehicle-only zones. This combination of advanced AI analytics and real-time alerts to an NVR / XVR / desktop or mobile app greatly reduces time spent searching for such events. 

The below three functions support the classification and accurate detection of vehicle and human:

Loitering Detection 

Monitors a defined area for the presence of an object that remains in the area longer than a specified amount of time

Crowd Gathering

Monitors a defined area for a set number of people gathering and remaining inside the defined area.

Parking Detection

Monitors a defined area for the presence of a vehicle that remains in the area without motion

People Counting

People Counting function uses advanced image processing technology to capture depth information from within images. The camera pairs this information with deep learning algorithms to analyze and detect human bodies and track target objects in real time. The camera provides statistics for separate individuals’ entrance and exit with up to 95% counting accuracy. The ZENON-4s-DF5-IXV-W-2.8  delivers accurate flow statistics from the following methods: 

Line Crossing: counts a person as they cross a threshold in a defined direction. 
Region: counts the number of people in a defined area. *Counts people simultaneously from four (4) threshold lines and four (4) defined regions³

Heat Map

The heat map feature is a video analytics tool to provide a graphic overlay in the form of a heat map displaying the area and frequency of motion detected in the video captured by a camera. A heat map of motion detected in an area can be used to track customer movement to better understand consumer behavior. Heat Mapping is also used to evaluate the traffic of populated areas, useful in retail settings.

ePoE technology

Proprietary ePoE technology (Extended PoE) , adopts advanced 2D-PAM3 coding modulation from physical layer, and can achieve full duplex transmission over 800 meters @ 10Mbps, or 300 meters @ 100Mbps via Cat 5 or coaxial cable media. ePoE technology offers a new way to accomplish long distance transmission between the camera and network switch/NVR.
