The Omada AX3000 Ceiling Mount WiFi 6 Access Point EAP653 is a ceiling mounted access point designed to deliver high-speed WiFi 6 connectivity with extended coverage. It provides simultaneous 574 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band and 2402 Mbps on the 5 GHz band for a combined throughput of 2976 Mbps, supporting over 250 concurrent clients across a 140 square meter area.
Integrated with the Omada SDN platform, the EAP653 supports centralized management and monitoring through hardware, software, or cloud-based controllers. It provides zero-touch provisioning, coordinated policy enforcement, Omada Mesh for extended wireless coverage, and seamless roaming to ensure consistent network performance and security across enterprise or high-density environments.

It supports HE160 160 MHz channel bandwidth, OFDMA, MU-MIMO, and 1024-QAM modulation for high efficiency with multiple simultaneous clients. A Gigabit Ethernet port provides wired connectivity with IEEE 802.3at PoE support, and internal omni-directional antennas optimize coverage for the specified 140 square meter area.
